Lauren created a safe place for me to open up

I turned to coaching for help with my career ambitions but didn't realize what was actually holding me back went far deeper than I expected.  Lauren was very personable and professional and created a safe place for me to open up about childhood issues I didn't even realize still burdened me.  I would recommend her, and have, to anyone that is looking to better themselves in all aspects of life!
