Hi friend! I’m so glad that curiosity go the better of you and you’re here checking things out. A lot of people aren’t sure what life coaching really is or if it’s right for them, so if that’s you, no worries. I’ve taken some of the most common questions I get asked and answered them for you below:
What is life coaching?
I like to think of life coaching as a conversation between coach and client with really guided questions. I serve as an accountability partner for you throughout the process while giving you thoughtful exercises and homework to help achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself.
What’s the difference between Coaching and Therapy?
Traditional talk therapy allows one to dive into the past and really spend time there. Coaching takes the past and uses it to figure out the present and the future. In coaching we tackle false beliefs and narratives from the past that may have hindered you from moving forward.
Do you coach specific topics/niches?
There are a lot of coaches that have very specific niches. I love to coach around mindset, self-love, trauma, relationships and false beliefs.
I’v helped some of my past clients with achieving goals such as: working on communication with their partner, moving forward after past relationship traumas, overcoming negative thought patterns and self talk, and helping clients realize and unpack the mental conditioning they’ve carried since childhood.
How do the coaching sessions work and what do they cost?
My sessions are between 60-75 minutes depending on the session need and take place over Zoom video calls. Individual sessions are $95 or you can purchase a package of 6 sessions for $480.
I hope that I was able to answer any questions you might have and maybe learn a bit more about Life Coaching. If you have a question that wasn’t listed above, feel free to shoot me an email via my contact form!
